One of the main causes acute gastroenteritis in children under 5 years age is rotavirus infection (RVI). Vaccines against RVI significantly reduce incidence. Aim. To evaluate cost-effectiveness mass vaccination with a 5-valent vaccine Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The assessment was carried out using modeling based on published data effectiveness epidemiological indicators analysis from perspective health care system society as whole 5-year horizon. cost therapy corresponded to compulsory insurance tariffs for St. Petersburg 2022, price 1 dose registered price, including VAT.
